Know the limits.

Only static JPEG, PNG and WebP are supported. Animation, SVG, HTML, HEIC and GIF are rejected. Browser encoder support is checked.

Transformed images are re-encoded from oriented pixels. Source EXIF metadata is removed; colour may change. Rename-only preserves bytes and metadata. Animation is rejected.
